Ingredients:
150g Chickpeas (soaked in water for 8-10 hours)
Tahini (mixed sesame seeds)
1 table spoon olive oil
1 squeezed lemon
2 garlic cloves
Salt, pepper, paprika
Method:
- Start by putting the chickpeas in a blender and mix it until smooth.
2. Add all other ingredients and mix it well until having a smooth paste.
Enjoy with warm pitta bread.
