Healthy Apricot Jam Recipe

Can’t deny that breakfast is the greatest meals of all! You can have it savory, sweet or any other kind. We’re going basic and old school with this amazing apricot jam with no refined sugars and enjoyable guilt-free!


500g of apricots

3 tbsp of honey

1tea spoon powder agar agar and spices to use to your own taste (cinnamon, ginger…) .

In a saucepan, cook your apricots and honey and add in the agar agar while stirring your mixture. Add in your favorite spices – we added ginger, and let it simmer for 3 min. Once ready, put it in the fridge and let it cool down! Perfect for your granola bowl in the morning or your 4 o’clock sweet tooth 😋. What’s your favey jam?
